The services, timelines and commitments described on the site (such as the 48-hour reply or the 30 days of support) explain how I usually work. They are not a binding offer.
No work starts without a written proposal accepted by both sides. That document sets the scope, price, deadlines, payment terms, who owns what at the end, and each party's responsibilities. If it ever differs from something written on this site, the signed proposal wins.
The first call is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
The case studies describe real projects and prototypes, as honestly as I can. Every business is different: past work doesn't guarantee the same results for yours.
The site is provided as it is. I do my best to keep it accurate and available, but I'm not liable for errors, interruptions, or indirect damage that could come from using it or relying on its content.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. If a disagreement comes up, let's first try to solve it by talking. If that doesn't work, the courts of Fès have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country.
