Who runs this site, where it is hosted, and who owns what.

This site is published by Cherif Aboubacar Camara, working under the name Abou Camara as an independent consultant based in Fès, Morocco.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com). The source code is stored on GitHub.
The texts, photos, illustrations, logo, layout and code of this site belong to Abou Camara, unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reuse or adapt them, in whole or in part, without written permission. Short quotes with a link back to the site are fine.
The certificates shown on the certificates page remain the property of the organisations that issued them. They are published only so their authenticity can be checked. Product names mentioned on the site (Make, Google Sheets, Python and others) belong to their respective owners.
The information on this site is general information about my work and services. I keep it accurate and up to date, but I can't guarantee it is complete or free of errors. The case studies describe past projects and prototypes: they don't promise any specific result for your business.
I am not liable for indirect damage caused by using the site, or by the site being unavailable for a while.
The site links to other services, such as Cal.com for booking calls, LinkedIn and GitHub. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or the way they handle your data.
How your data is handled is explained in the privacy policy. In short: no cookies, no tracking, and I only receive what you choose to send me.
This legal notice is governed by Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, we will first try to settle it amicably. If that fails, the courts of Fès have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country.
