No cookies. No analytics. No advertising or tracking. The site doesn't store anything about you. I only receive the information you decide to send me by email or when you book a call, and I use it only to answer you and work with you.

This policy follows Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data and, for visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is based on a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. To send them, Google's servers receive your IP address. No cookie is set. This is based on a legitimate interest in displaying the site correctly.
The form doesn't send anything to a server. When you click the button, it simply opens your own email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing leaves your device until you press "send" yourself.
If you send it, I receive your name, email address, project type, budget range and message in my inbox (Gmail, run by Google). I use them only to reply to you and, if you ask for one, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
Same as above: I receive what you write and your email address, and I use them to answer you.
Bookings go through Cal.com, which collects your name, email address, the time slot and any notes you add, and passes them on to me. Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to their service.
I keep the details needed to run the project and to invoice it: name, company, contact details, the agreed proposal and invoices.
Your data is never sold, rented or shared for marketing. The only services involved are the ones needed to run the site and answer you:
Some of these companies are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside Morocco and the European Union. They rely on recognised safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can ask at any time to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, object to its use, or get a copy of it. Just write to aboucamara1107@gmail.com. I'll reply within one month.
If you think your data isn't being handled properly, you can file a complaint with the CNDP in Morocco (cndp.ma) or with the data protection authority of your country if you live in the European Union.
The site is served over HTTPS only, has no database and no user accounts, and uses strict security headers that block unauthorised scripts. Found a security problem? Please report it privately to aboucamara1107@gmail.com.
This site is aimed at professionals and students aged 16 and over. I don't knowingly collect data about younger children.
