Service 02 · Sales Systems

Call the serious leads first.

A sales system is the path a lead takes from first contact to a signed deal: how they reach you, how you sort them, and how nobody gets forgotten. I design it and set it up with the tools you already use.

01Who it’s for

For businesses that answer enquiries by hand.

Enquiries arrive through a form, email, WhatsApp or social media, and someone goes through them when they have time. The serious buyer and the curious visitor look the same in the inbox, and the good leads go cold while you work down the list.

02What I do

From the first contact to the follow-up.

  • Capture. Forms and landing pages that ask the questions you need answered.
  • Qualification. Clear rules on budget, need and timing, and automatic scoring based on them.
  • Follow-up. Automated reminders and sequences, so nobody falls through the cracks.
  • Tracking. A pipeline in a CRM, or simply in a Google Sheet if that's what you already use.
  • The call itself. A structure for discovery calls and notes on handling common objections.

03How it goes

Map it, design it, test it.

We start by mapping how leads come in today and what happens to them. Then I write the sorting rules, set up the automation, and test every possible case before it goes live.

You get a short guide to adjust the rules yourself, because thresholds always need tuning once real leads come in.

04Tools

Whatever you already have open.

Usually Make, webhooks and Google Sheets. A CRM if you need one, not by default: one more login and one more subscription isn't always worth it for a small team.

05In my work

How I built one, and what went wrong.

The Lead Automation case study shows the method in detail, including a mistake in my own scoring logic and how testing every outcome caught it.

Losing leads somewhere?

Let’s find out where.

Tell me how enquiries reach you today and what happens next. That's usually enough to see where the gaps are.
